Preparation
Genoa salami and capicola are sliced in-house and layered cold with provolone on a fresh Italian roll. Shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes are added on top, then finished with oregano, extra virgin olive oil, and red wine vinegar. The Italian is served cold and is not normally heated or grilled.
