Preparation
Each steak is hand-trimmed and hand-sliced in-house, then cooked, separated, and chopped on the flat-top. White American cheese is melted over the steak before it is placed into the fresh Italian roll. Shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes are added on top, then finished with oregano and extra virgin olive oil.

- The 7-inch Shorty is the standard Amato's experience and the best place for most first-time customers to start.
