Preparation
Fries are placed into a 9-inch pie tin and covered with Cheez Whiz. A full 8-ounce cheesesteak is cooked and seasoned with salt and black pepper, covered with melted White American cheese, and placed directly over the fries. The tin is finished with a lid for service. The fries themselves are not seasoned. There is no roll by default.

Allergy Information
Contains milk and soy from the cheddar cheese sauce, and milk from White American cheese. The fries are cooked in a dedicated soybean-oil french-fry fryer, but the cheesesteak is prepared using shared kitchen equipment. Amato's is a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen-free order.
When an allergy is disclosed, staff may clean part of the grill, clean utensils, change gloves, and use clean serving equipment, but an allergen-free order cannot be guaranteed.
