Ingredients
- Hand-trimmed USDA Choice Top Inside Round
- Provolone cheese
- House-made marinara (tomato sauce, ground tomatoes, black pepper, oregano, garlic powder)
- Grated Parmesan
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh custom Italian roll from Athens Baking Co.
Preparation
Each steak is hand-trimmed and hand-sliced in-house, then cooked, separated, and chopped on the flat-top. Provolone is melted over the steak before it is placed into the fresh Italian roll. House-made marinara is spooned over the top and finished with grated Parmesan. The Pizza Steak is designed around provolone, and Amato's strongly recommends it, but other cheese choices are available upon request.

Allergy Information
Contains wheat and dairy when prepared with the standard roll, provolone, and Parmesan. Breadless and lettuce options are available, but Amato's is a shared kitchen and cross-contact cannot be guaranteed. Guests with allergies or celiac disease should speak directly with staff before ordering.
When an allergy is disclosed, staff may clean part of the grill and utensils and change gloves, but an allergen-free order cannot be guaranteed.
