Preparation
Mild Italian sausage is chopped and cooked on the grill. House-made marinara is mixed into the sausage, then provolone is melted over the top. The sausage and cheese are placed into a fresh Italian roll and finished with a little more marinara and grated Parmesan.

The sausage is cooked on a shared grill in a shared kitchen, and cross-contact cannot be guaranteed. Guests with allergies or celiac disease should speak directly with staff before ordering.
When an allergy is disclosed, staff may clean part of the grill, clean utensils, change gloves, and use a clean knife, but an allergen-free order cannot be guaranteed.

- Can I order it without bread?
- Yes. It can be served without bread or over lettuce at no additional charge. Because Amato's uses a shared grill and kitchen, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free order.
- Is the roll toasted?
- No. The Sausage Parm is served on a fresh Italian roll that is not toasted or grilled by default.
- What size should a first-time customer order?
- The 7-inch Shorty includes two sausage links and is the standard Amato's experience.
- Can Amato's accommodate food allergies?
